ATI TruForm Wrapper Demo

Very basic demo for testing hardware implementation on ATI Radeon 8500 and software implementation on ATI Radeon 9600/9700/9800 of ATI TruForm technology invented by Alex Vlachos.

This demo can be executed on other GPUs, however without ATI TruForm wrapper tessellation will be disabled.
